Knoxville Arts & Fine Crafts Center has been a valuable addition to the Knoxville Parks & Recreation Department’s programs for over thirty years. The program has grown to serve thousands of Knoxvillians and citizens in surrounding counties. We offer classes in fine art, craft and dance and are open to all skill levels.
