David Harman is a painter (MFA at UTK) turned map-maker. He designed the first map as a way to get to know his hometown better. That first map took off, and now he carries 50+ cities and runs Native Maps out of his studio in Knoxville.
David also loves advocating for makers and entrepreneurs in Knoxville. He helped found The Maker City and continues to mentor entrepreneurs through the KEC. He also manages a studio building in the Fourth and Gill neighborhood.
